What are my chances at TU Delft?

TU Delft has a minimum CGPA requirement of >75% but that is not for all universities in India because I know some of my friends from Mumbai and Pune university having 62% even got a admit. So, I guess at the end of the day it all boils down to the university and it’s way of grading, consider Pune university where the highest grade is always 60–65% which makes it worthy of a admit.
Since you have technical papers too, I think you have pretty good chance of getting an admit. You should certainly apply with a good SOP and Recos.
#I hope you check the class category you fit into. If your university follows a 100% max score, and first class ( highest class obtainable ) is awarded at 75% or more, then sadly you won't be eligible to apply.
Two technical papers and team lead are awesome achievements! Congrats! Shows a lot of dedication. Your chances seem pretty good to get into Delft, this is provided you present yourself well in the essay and letter of recommendation.
  1. Draft a strong Statement Of Purpose (take time and look for good resources online)
  2. Get in touch with two good professor's and ask them to write positive Letter Of Recommendations.
Make sure you are clear about what you wish to do when at Delft, reflect that in your Statement of purpose (called Essay).
Good luck! May the force be with you!
I think TU Delft has a minimum 75% aggregate requirement for your university grades. At least that's what it was 4 years back when I went there.

So check that. Rest they accept good candidates fairly easily and your work and profile should get you thru.
